Channel Partners / Value Added Resellers

Tratum CallScriptBuilder Channel Partner program is offered to Value Added Resellers and Service Providers who offer a supported underlying contact center platform. The Channel Partner program is designed to enhance their contact center offering by providing a jump start to customer contact centers and also offer an additional channel for significant revenue generation. We believe we have designed a program, which will significantly assist a channel partner in all facets of offering a supplementary platform offering to end customers.

 Our Channel Partners can also look at earning revenue share from services including installation, report customization and new reports, new integration and creating scripts and so on.

 Most of our Channel Partners are also hosted service providers. We provide enhanced and priority support to our hosting service provider Channel Partners.

Technology Partners

We are constantly looking at porting CallScriptBuilder to strategically important platforms  and building relationship with new platform vendors and service providers. We also work with strategic system integrators and service providers, who may want us to look at a Contact Center platform of their choice.
