| Tratum entered into a Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement with Tata Communications, a Mumbai, India based Telecom provider, which provides Cosmocom based InstaCC hosted contact center solution in India, for offering Tratum CallScriptBuilder to Tata Communications customers in India. Tata Communications is one of the leading Telecom , data and value added business solutions provider in India. Tata Communications is a group company of the TATA group of companies, one of the largest business conglomerates in India. Under the agreement, Tratum offers CallScriptBuilder in both hosted format and also premise based solutions to Tata Communications customers. |
