Tabular Reports

 A tabular report is the most basic type of report the user can build using Tratum Reporting Manager.

The report output is organized in a multicolumn, multirow format, with each column corresponding to a column in the database table.

A tabular report can be created using 3 different ways with Tratum Reporting Manager,

• Single table option (User can select a table from the list of tables available)

• Multiple table option (User can write/build queries of their requirement)

• Stored procedure option (User can select the stored procedure from the assigned database)

The above shown tabular report shows the number of tickets generated every week.

This is a typical tabular report in a contact center scenario.
