Filters

 

Filtering is a quick and easy way to find and work with a subset of data in a report dataset.

A filtered report displays only the rows that meet the criteria you specify for a column and hides rows you do not want to be displayed.

 

 Example Scenario

Select a report from the left pane, the corresponding records are displayed.

Select the ‘Filter’ option provided at the toolbar such that a drop down control is displayed

below each column with some predefined conditions.

At a column, select a condition from the drop down control against which the report needs

to be filtered and provide a value to it.

Click on ‘Apply Filter’ icon at the toolbar, the report filtered against the condition and value are displayed.
