Tratum Technologies  is a Herndon, VA, USA headquartered  IT products and solutions organization, founded in 1991. We provide products and solutions in the  VOIP based Contact Center  domain,  generic CRM, eLearning and eBusiness areas. We have  development centers in Bangalore and Kochi, India and  sales offices in the UK and Singapore. We have built a number of years of in depth experience providing quality development expertise to Telco majors around the world in the area of VOIP based Contact Center and Unified Communications Technologies in general.

 CallScriptBuilder is a product in the Contact Center space  and is an effort that comes from our deep expertise in the VOIP Contact Center area and first hand observing Contact Centers operate around the world. We believe this is a product  that effectively marries our expertise in the application space and Telco space and serves as a critical tool to jumpstart business process in a Contact Center. This is designed ground up for multi-tenanted hosted  implementations as well as on premise environments.

 We believe this product is suitable for all major geographies of the world  including North America, UK, ASEAN, India  and Latin America. We plan to market to these areas along with strong regional Telco or other service providers.
